Geofencing not working

Geofencing isn’t working. It is always in ‘Away mode’ so the camera is constantly recording even when I’m within the geofence radius.

nothing has changed other than my wifi router

company. But can’t see how that would affect it. Can anyone help?

Do you see "Library" in your app interface? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app on all phones used for GF? Make sure all phones are at least opened every 2 weeks so they remain logged in. It's possible deleting the existing GF setup and recreating it may help.
