      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem. I bought 3 Pro4 cams and started adding them to my WiFi network. The first two worked fine, recognized the QR code and successfully connected and did a firmware update.&amp;nbsp; The third&amp;nbsp; cam would not recognize the QR code.&amp;nbsp; I knew there was nothing wrong with the phone brightness or size, so I went to the final troubleshooting suggestion: do a factory reset of the camera.&amp;nbsp; That worked.&amp;nbsp; I did a factory reset (remove case and press and hold the reset button for 15 sec, release when you see amber lignt), exited the Arlo app and restarted the add device sequence.&amp;nbsp; QR&amp;nbsp; code was recognized and I got a successful connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
