Do you mean purchasing an annual subscription?

Are you in a country where Arlo offers a subscription?

Bosnia is not on the list I posted, so I don't think Arlo offers a subscription plan there.

There is a workaround you could use

set up a VPN that terminates in a country where Arlo does offer a subscription
Create a new account when that VPN is active.
Turn off the VPN, remove your devices from the old account, and move them to the new one.

You should then be able to subscribe (with no VPN needed). You will need a payment method from the country you used to set up the new account.
