&lt;P&gt;If this is sharing with your spouse, then you could alternatively just have her use your account credentials on her phone.&amp;nbsp; Arlo used to only allow one login at time, but they changed that some months ago.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note there is definitely something wrong with the friend account feature - a lot of folks are reporting that the "friend" can see the cameras, but cannot change the mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But to answer your question:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recommend accepting the invite on a PC, since that seems to work more reliably than accepting it on a phone or tablet.&amp;nbsp; Click on the "Create Account" link in the invite.&amp;nbsp; That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.&amp;nbsp; From there, she logs into her existing account - no need to create a new one.&amp;nbsp; She does need to complete the two-factor authentication process.&amp;nbsp; Once that is done, you should see the invite as accepted in your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
