      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been on hold as "the sixth person in the queue" for 30 minutes. I doubt anyone is answering the phones. The "online chat" offered to transfer me to a representative, then said none were available. I paid for 2-day shipping for an expensive purchase that I wanted to arrive for my son's birthday. It is still "pending" 3 days later.&amp;nbsp; Wish I had read all of these posts before I purchased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told on 12/31 that it was escalated.&amp;nbsp; It still (four more days later) shows "Pending".&amp;nbsp; I tried to open a "chat" but no one is available.&amp;nbsp; This is absolutely appalling customer service.&amp;nbsp; Is there an email I can send my request to cancel my order?&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, I will go through my credit card company.&amp;nbsp; As far as I'm concerned, Arlo has had nearly $700 of my money for a week, and done nothing.&amp;nbsp; Reading other comments, I am clearly not alone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
