I've worked for two days with chat support and done everything a number of times that they recommended. The camera is still showing 'offline'. Of the many attempts to connect it to the router it's only&nbsp;recognized this camera twice and then hung up on updating firmware. The eero router shows this camera connected at 2.4MHz with no traffic between the router and camera. My other 3 Pro 4 cameras are working correctly.
