Arlo Pro 4 camera multi - access to the same camera

Hi, can anyone help me with this issue.

We set up 'grant access' for another user but we are having issue with accessing to the live streaming at the same time. If the other user is live streaming, I get constant buffering till the other user stops live streaming. It used to be okay but the recent weekly, we couldn't do living streaming at the same time. Any advice?

Do you have the cameras set up for the authorized user to view them? Can you try removing the authorized user and then try re-adding them?

Thank you for the reply, when the authorised user is accessing to live streaming, I (the account holder) cant live stream at the same time, all i get is constant buffering. It seems that we cannot do live steaming at the same time.

Can you try to remove the user and re-add them back on?
