&lt;P&gt;FWIW, if you didn't have a plan you are still entitled to warranty support if the camera was purchased less than 12 months ago.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately that can be hard to access.&amp;nbsp; But the mods here can create a support ticket on your behalf.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
