topic Shared Arlo Devices in Alexa in Arlo Pro 4

Arlo only allows you to connect 5 cameras per account. Therefore, I have two accounts with separate smart hubs to run all my cameras. When I connect my arlo skill to Alex it will only show the cameras on the account that is the same email address as my Alexa account. Is there a way that I can either add another Arlo account to the skill, you can add more than 5 cameras to one account or can see the shared cameras in Alexa. This is really inconvenient and not a great selling point.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hi @Mbart00

The Alexa app can only be linked to one Arlo account. It looks like you have a Secure Multi-camera plan and this should be unlimited. The 5 cameras per Base Station is for the old Smart Premier plan. if you want you can remove the remaining cameras from the second account and onboard them to the main account to control all cameras from Alexa.
