I've got some Arlo Pro 4, all running off mains power. The trial for the Arlo Cloud trial was recently completed (I didn't go with that since I record to a local hub), and now all of the cameras display video that is not aligned to the direction the camera is facing. The live video is looking well over 45 degrees to the side. I can hold my hand about an inch from the front of the camera, and it doesn't show up on the live video. I need to move my hand some distance to one side, probably half a foot at least, before it begins to appear in the video. It also looks zoomed, as if only part of the lens was functioning?

If auto zoom and tracking is enabled, you should probably turn that feature off.

Also try pinching the video and see if you can zoom it out.
