Securty Key

Hello,

I purchased an Arlo Pro4. I am trying to start using them and I see that I need to place the batteries inside, but I do not have a security key to take the camera off the base and insert the batteries. Can you please help me with this?

The key should have been in the box, so if you still have the packaging then search for it.

It is a 2 mm hex wrench, which you should be able to find at any hardware store.
