    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2 pro 4’s went offline last month when I was in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;to get them back up when I got back, I had to reset both, remove both from the app and delete them re install the app&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scorched earth.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That was the 2nd time I had to do that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now the app shows I’m on a free trial, yet another 15 bucks got taken from my credit card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;anybody else having these type of issues?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Resetting and starting over is a PITA, but unfortunately is sometimes needed when things go wrong.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Arlo shouldn't have started the trial again, since you already had the trial on these cameras.&amp;nbsp; And they do let you purchase the subscription even when all the cameras are on the trial.&amp;nbsp; So nothing is really wrong here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you had the three month trial the first time, you could drop the subscription until the trial expires (taking advantage of Arlo's mistake).&lt;/P&gt;
