this new system is awful!!! I can not see any cameras on my desktop log in anymore. WHY? also the new dashboard on my phone is terrible. WHY change it worked well before. Did you ever hear of KISS? Keep it simple silly! I have 4 cameras and may dump them all if I can not go back to the old way.😖😩😡

Are you still expereincing this symptom with the desktop? Have you tried other browsers or clearing the cache?

both desktop and phone can not find how to delete past actions/videos on my cameras with this new format they came out with.. there used to be 3 dots in the upper corner where you could delete all but can not tell how the heck to do it now. This new thing STINKS. If I can not go back to the old format I may as well dump all 4 of my cameras this is just too hard to understand

To delete a recording from the cloud, you can navigate to Feed > Select the 3 dot icon in the top right > Select manage events > Tap the empty circle next to a recorded video > select the trash can icon in the bottom right.

This is the worst update Arlo has ever done, there was nothing wrong with the old system it was easy to find things, as far as I am concerned my cameras are useless now as it is too hard to manage them now.

This new update is complete garbage. I wish that I had never done it. The previous app was user friendly and easy to use. Whoever designed this update should be looking for a new job… same with the people that tested and approved it. I will be cancelling my subscription and switching to something else if changes are now made very soon.
