I have recently upgraded my home wifi to 5G. The original Arlo base station connected by Ethernet but my wireless doorbell and wifi Pro 4s didn’t. I disconnected the 5G so it was using only 2.4GHz but the cameras still didn’t connect. How can I resolve.

If the camera and doorbell are still in your account, then try setting the wifi network name and password to match what you were using with the old router.

Try doing a hardware reset - opening up the camera and holding down the button side until the LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds).

Then try adding it to the account using a PC (my.arlo.com).
