Following app instructions, I connect the charger to camera and momentarily get blue light and then I start searching for it. Red led on left and right side of center light flashes on and off 2-4 times. It never finds the camera to connect. Is the camera bad or locked ( bought off EBay)? If locked to another account, how can you remove?
