I just purchased the $12.99 plan so I could see who had been here but don't see anything when I look at the camera other than just the live camera - how do I access the past recordings

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app interface? Or do you see "Library" instead?

Can you make a manual recording while livestream the camera?

I can do a recording while watching I've and do see Dashboard and feed - do not see library. If I can't access past recordings I don't know why I would pay for a plan. Need help

Check Settings, Home, Subscription. What do you see there?

It says Home Secure Multi Camera - how come I can't see anything but live?

You don't have Library, all recordings will show up in Feed.

If you can record while Livestreaming, then you have a subscription active.

Have you checked that the cameras are armed? Set the mode to "Armed Away", and see if that works.

While it shouldn't matter, you may want to cancel your existing legacy subscription and subscribe to an appropriate current plan.
