Hi,

The “audio is detected” under the Pro 4 is grayed out. The only way I can adjust the audio sensitivity is if I turn OFF smoke alarm notifications. The sensitivity was on 2 and I changed to 1. Went back and turned smoke alarm notifications on again which results in audio detection being grayed out again. Seems confusing to me that audio sensitivity would be grayed out. I’ll see if I continue to get notifications for every sound.

Suddenly I am receiving sound notifications for Arlo Pro 4–every single bird tweet, etc.

I tried trouble shooting recommendations to no avail.

In the past I opted for smoke alarm notifications and didn’t get every sound notification like I am now. If I turn off smoke alarm notifications I don’t get sound notifications.

Is there a way to keep smoke alarm notifications on but not get every sound notification?

Try adjusting the sensitivity within your modes/rules. For more information, take a look here: How do I change the audio sensitivity on my Arlo camera?
