We have 6 cameras set up. One of the cameras battery died completely. We charged it but it will not power back on. I tried to sync it, by holding the black sync button on the inside of the camera while putting the battery back in. The light blinks blue and then amber and then off. The video for that camera says that it needs to be charged, although it has been fully charged. Any ideas? These cameras are less than a year old.

These cameras are less than a year old.

Then you could contact support and ask for a warranty replacement.

Did you try swapping with a battery from another camera? Just to confirm that the issue is the battery, and not the camera?

Also look closely at the contacts (both on the battery and the camera), and make sure those look good.

Thank you for the reply. I will reach out to support. I did check the connection points and try another battery, no luck. Thanks.
