arlo pro4 will not charge

we put our arlo pro 4 up on patio roof and pugged it into our new arlo outdoor magnetic charging cable which is plugged into electric. It will not charge!! This is annoying since the pro4 would not work right without a subscription so we purchased the subscription and now this... The camera worked well when we put it up then the battery went dead. Says to plug into charging cable but it IS plugged in. So now after taking down our pro2 from the roof to replace with the 4 we have no security on the front of our home.😫😠

When plugged in did you see a lightning bolt through the battery icon? That shows when connected and charging.

Try cleaning both sides of the magnetic connection with a clean rag or Q-tip and isopropyl alcohol.
