Pro 4 not detecting

I have 5 pro 4 cameras . One works fine the others have never worked right . I’ve had 2 disappear from my app and they do not detect properly. I have an excellent Wi-Fi signal and speed. Has anyone had this problem and did you get it fixed?

Thanks. Did you have these cams that disappeared connected via a solar panel?

No one was plugged into a charger and they other wasn’t
