Having issues with Arlo HONOR WARRANTY with Arlo 4 camera. Camera drains the battery. Swapped THE BATTERY to determine if is a bad battery or the camera. Placed the bad battery into another camera after a full recharge. The battery I thought was bad works and the camera is fine. The good battery was placed into the other camera and within 6 hours drained to zero. Determined it is a bad camera. After troubleshooting twice with support staff and reporting it to ARLO - the support group wants me to try the same steps over again - maybe the third time is a charm? The technicians must think we are stupid. The camera is draining my batteries and it doesn't matter how many times you recharge a battery it continues to do the same thing.
