Battery does not charge outside inside charging ok

My Pro 4 XL suddenly stopped charging outside. Charges fine inside.

Pertinent points:

- Using magnetic charging does not work outside. Inside is ok.

- Solar charging does not work outside with direct sunlight at 50 degrees F.

- Other cameras outside with similar sun angle placement charge ok.

Do i need a new battery?

If it charges at all, the battery is fine.

Try cleaning both sides of the magnetic connector with alcohol and make sure the connection is proper. Swap cameras around to see if it's the panel or the camera that's causing the issue.

I will try that. What is strange is this combination of panel and camera charges fine indoors. I suspect the issue is the battery. It needs to be at higher ambient temperature before it charges. Have you experienced this before?

Arlo cameras/batteries won't charge if the ambient temp is below freezing - is that the case?
