Or perhaps you are not familiar with Arlo's RMA which reads:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you selected Advance Ground:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo will ship out a replacement first, which should arrive within 3-5 business days.
