Cameras wont record at night

My cameras wont record at night when i need them the most ,are they ready for the garbage .wont buy them ever again .

What setting do you have the cameras on at night? Are the rules set up for the cameras that you are wanting to record at night?

cameras will record at night once in a while not very often .Thats when i need them the most at night.I have the scheduled from 11 pm to 12.01 am .i dont know what is going on .always worked good until a few months ago ,did arlo change something .?

Did you check and maybe change the motion sensitivity setting in your modes and rules?

Try removing the device from the schedule and then resetting it up to see if that helps with the recordings.
