Cannot get camera to connect Pro4

I have a new network set up in my home but cannot get the cameras to connect.

After several tries - I got the camera to recognize the QR code. When I hit continue, it never seems to be able to find my camera - the radar picture of the app keeps 'spinning'

FYI: I've got phone etc. connected to 2.4

Wifi password etc. is definitely correct and no unusual characters in it

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The easiest thing to do with a new router is to set the SSID and password to be the same as on the old router. The cameras won't know the difference.

Be sure the new router is set to use WPA2 (AES) encryption since the newer WPA3 could be an issue.

Also check the router's connected devices list to see if the cameras show up there.
