      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting a "website not secure" message from all browsers. Sounds like a security certificate needs renewing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Website has been down for past two days. Using camera is not an option or relevant to issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You are getting this error because you are still using the old Netgear URL (arlo.netgear.com).&amp;nbsp; Arlo hasn't been part of Netgear for 5 years now.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should be using the current URL (&lt;A href="https://my.arlo.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&amp;nbsp;https://my.arlo.com&lt;/A&gt; )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
