We’ve had two Arlo cameras for about 2 weeks. The cameras were recording every sound, every minute and even the cars going by on the street. It identified vehicles and persons for the first week. Now it’s not recording when we stand in front of the camera. Nor does it track our cars coming into the garage. The camera is located next to garage. We tried turning down the camera to eliminate the cars on the street. That helped, But we’re only getting audio every minute even though the setting is down to 0. Getting frustrated.

Has the trial subscription expired?

Can you make a manual recording when you live stream the camera?

Are you saying you don't want any audio alerts?

Best approach is to

go into the camera rule(s) and turn off audio detection (no need to change the setting if it is off)
If you have a subscription, go into the smart notification settings, and turn off CO/Smoke detection

We can point you to articles that give you the steps - but first we'd need to know whether you see "Library" in the app, or whether you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead.
