I made the mistake of creating an account on the Arlo website.
Now i am being bombarded with your messages.
How can i stop you?
How can i delete my account and erase forever any information about my email?

There is an option to opt out of arlo spam in the profile page menu in settings.

edit: if you look in the privacy centre page of settings and choose account you will see the delete options.
