I bought 3 Arlo (2 Pro4 and 1 Doorbell)

All need update firmware without any choice.

I spent few hours to restart, reset, reinstall and try to manage the failure of update firmware.

It drive me crazy.

Why can Arlo make the firmware update so difficult?

There is not indication how long will it takes. It just say fail after I wait at look at the cam for 10 mins, again and again.

I will return all 3 cameras if the last cannot be update and crack on.

The update process is horrible.

Normally the updates occur easily and quickly. By any chance are you using a VPN that would keep the cameras from accessing the servers?
