How do I take the cameras out of my name and put them in my wife's name

You will need to remove them all from your account. That will allow your wife to add them to hers. You may want to note settings, modes, rules, schedule, etc. before doing this so setting things back up will take less time.

Another approach is to have your wife delete her account. Then change the email/login on your account to her email address.

Then if desired, create a new account for you and share the cameras to that account.

This alternative approach ensures that all settings are preserved, as well as all recordings in the library. It also eliminates the need to take down the cameras and reinstall them.
