Not connecting

Im trying to connect my pro4 cameras to my app. Blue light is blinking slowly and when i scan qr-code, camera keeps peep soud, but when i start to find camera its light immediately stops blinking. Do anyone have the similar problem?

Are you connecting to a hub or your WiFi? If the latter, is the camera listed as connected in the router settings?

Im connecting to my wifi. I have followed steps in arlo secure app. I connect my phone to 2,4Ghz wifi, i write wifi name and password, scan qr code and then the blue blinking stops. When blue light is blinking should i see the camera in my routers listed devices?

Yes but I would also expect to see it listed even without the blinking.

Is there any punctuation or spaces in the network name and password?
Is the encryption set to WPA2 (AES)?
