      <title>Arlo Pro 4 battery drains while camera is plugged in</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This seems to be a common issue and like others I have narrowed it down to camera. There are a total of 4 cameras and the other 3 are working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've replaced both external charging cable and replaced with brand new batteries.&amp;nbsp; It works fine 3-4 days then it goes from 100% to 7% then eventually going off line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've disconnected, restarted and turned off for several days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like many others this seem to have started after last firmware update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You get that by going in the support area of the app (not &lt;A href="http://my.arlo.com/" target="_blank"&gt;my.arlo.com&lt;/A&gt;), and selecting a camera in a subscription plan. Scroll down to the contact section, and you will see an option for phone support. It is available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
