One of my installed cameras would not disable. I disable them if I am in the area so they don't keep recording. I ended up having to uninstall the camera. Now the camera won't install. Originally I couldn't get the chime. I've checked all the settings for the internet and so far I can get the camera to the "recognize" stage. It fails every time. I even bought a new camera and still the same thing. I went to my computer and signed into the my arlo account and tried installing from there. I've got the same results. It won't find the camera and times out. What do I do now. THank you for helping.
W

Did you try a factory reset? Hold down sync until the led flashed amber. That takes about 15 seconds.
