    <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you tried? Going offline may be due to signal strength/quality. Try moving the camera closer to the hub or router to see what happens. It might be worthwhile resetting the camera and starting fresh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; 1st problem:Cameras randomly disconnect then come back up the next day or so for no apparent reason. 2nd problem: when I set the record time to a fixed time it will not stay on fixed it just goes back to the default setting....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These problem are ongoing with NO HELP what so ever from Arlo .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
