Pro 4 not picking up motion, battery issues, etc.

My pro 4 is on CVR. Even while plugged in, the battery would last around 24 hours. Replaced with another battery, same thing. I couldn't view live, but it would pick up motion. So I removed the camera, then reconnected. Now the battery last maybe 48 hours, and now no motion detection. I can view live though, but no good without motion detection.
Any ideas?

I am thinking the charger isn't supplying enough power. Do you have another one you can test with?

CVR should work with AC power even if you remove the battery altogether.
