Can I access continuous recording on Arlo secure $12.99 plan for video from this afternoon?

Can I access a recording from this afternoon if I don't have continuous recording plan? Camera recorded at 3:16pm and then there was a gap of video missing after that video until the camera recorded again at 3:18pm. I would really like to have the video between the 3:16pm video and the 3:18 pm video. Is there a way I can access that video and download it? I am on the Arlo secure $12.99 plan.

You need a seperate CVR plan for continuous recording although not downloadable only viewing.

The camera will not normally record between triggered recordings although you can manually set the record duration to a maximum of 5mins.

If you live stream the camera and manually record to the cloud storage, you can get up to 30mins before it times out and needs restarting again.

There's nothing to access if the camera wasn't recording in between those times.
