I keep getting "sound" notifications from my Pro4 - I've turned off "microphone", but they still come: how to turn off sound notifications only??

Hi @eagleye50

It sounds like you have a rule set in your modes to send alerts for when audio is detected. Have you tried checking your modes to see if this was enabled by accident?

Likely your interface has "Feed" and "Dashboard", instead of the older "Library" and "Modes".

Modes are managed from the "routines" page. There are three - Armed Home, Armed Away, and Standby.

Also, I suggest making sure that Smoke/CO alarm is disabled in the smart notification settings for the camera. This gives you some guidance on how to locate that setting:

There have been some bugs in the past with audio notifications when the feature is enabled.

The camera has no Smoke/CO sensor. That feature is listening for the chirp from a nearby smoke detector. So it has no value if the camera is outdoors (or not that close to a smoke detector).
