Are only certain camera able to do the CVR Plan?

I have a Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera, and have been trying to sign up for the CVR Plan the past 2 days and have not been able to. When I click the sub button, it just takes me to basically a blank page with the continue button grayed out. Any help in this matter would be appreciated, thanks.

Pro 5s can do CVR.

BUT they do need to

be connected to an Arlo base/smarthub, and not to your home wifi
be connected to AC power (not running on battery, and not connected to a solar panel).
