    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to connect directly to the router, so without a hub. I go through the process through the app without any issues, I'm connected to 2.4 Ghz WiFi, I scan the QR code and hear the chime, but when I press continue and the app is searching for camera devices it fails to find the camera. And I do make sure the blue light is blinking through the whole process. Not sure where to go from here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try again, but using a PC (logging into my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure the wifi security in the router is set to WPA2 (AES).&amp;nbsp; Also, if you have special characters (punctuation or spaces) in the network name or password, try removing them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
