my smart hub VMB5000 kept dropping cameras not will not connect to any cameras

Have you rebooted the hub? You may need to remove all devices from your account, add the hub back in and then the cameras, as if new.

Yes I have disconnected the cameras, tried rebooting with the same results I them removed the smart hub, rebooted, same result . I took everything off the router except the smart hub, and it's still not connecting Guess it's time for technical support
