    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently it got pretty cold here and one of my cameras decided to just stop working and disconnect. I had to do a reset on it and it started again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But then I realized another camera hadnt recorded since then (about a week) which is odd because it usually records a few times each night from rabbits or critters, wind blowing the bushes etc. and while it did NOT show "off line" I could not connect to view live. so I got the ladder and was getting ready to check it when I noticed it was recording me. Odd , so I connected to it, seemed to work. ? I put the ladder away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;It recorded 1 squirrel video since then and I again Can not connect to it. Again it shows available, I can adjust settings etc. But when I try to play live it just spinning circle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll also add, in general I'm pretty disappointed in this camera system, and it's support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Define "pretty cold". Arlo cameras are designed to turn off at -5F/-20C.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes below -0 temp for 2 days at the time that I mentioned the other camera stopped. 1 of 5. I only mentioned that to explain why it initially stopped but the other I had to resink. A chore in itself with these cameras.&amp;nbsp; It has been well above freezing since and this issue is occurring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you livestream the camera?&amp;nbsp; If you can, try making a manual recording while livestreaming, and then check that it shows up in the Library/Feed.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Assuming livestreaming and manual recording is working ok, then the problem is likely that the motion detection isn't working as it did before.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is done using a passive infrared (PIR) sensor built into the camera face.&amp;nbsp; Weather can have some affect on this sensor.&amp;nbsp; Another possibility is that there is some snow or ice on the face that is getting in the way.&amp;nbsp; You could try raising the threshold on the motion detection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I went out again yesterday and walked in front of it and it starts recording.&amp;nbsp; But then I can not connect/live stream it. Ill have to climb up and pull it down restart it. Probably go through the incredible pain of reconnecting it to internet.&amp;nbsp; So disappointed in this system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just updating, doing a hard reset worked. But what a pain to have to go through every time there's any issues with these cameras. Which is a lot.&amp;nbsp; And it seems the app "reset" or "change wifi " every work. I always have to remove decide and then add like it's brand new, rebuild all the settings,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
