    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I already have an Arlo camera that works perfectly.&amp;nbsp; With my new Pro 3 Floodlight, however, I cannot get the videos to play on my computer.&amp;nbsp; It says, "&lt;SPAN&gt;This video is not able to play in your browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please download to view.".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;They play fine on my phone so I suspect that I need to do some Port Forwarding, or whatever (I'm new to this).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My router is an Arris NVG599 and I have been into it and watched a couple videos on YouTube, but I need something more specific to my situation. {For instance: what do I pick for "Needed by Device" on the NAT/Gaming screen?}&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Probably a browser issue as the Pro3 Floodlight is in 2K. I cant view them on my tablet using Edge but can on my Desktop that has a vid card. If I use zoom and tracking it defaults the recording to 1080 and I can view on tablet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
