    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have any error notifications in the app?&amp;nbsp; That will give us more information on what is wrong and why your floodlights aren't working.&amp;nbsp; You can find them in the Arlo Secure app, click Devices, look at your floodlight to see if it has a red exclamation point icon.&amp;nbsp; If yes, click it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, my Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight would periodically become disabled and show an exclamation point icon with this notification (&lt;SPAN&gt;“the camera and light are disabled”).&amp;nbsp; The issue was its outdoor magnetic charging cable went bad after a couple years (see &lt;A href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro-3/Arlo-Pro-3-floodlight-with-correct-outdoor-camera-but-still-The/m-p/2442447" target="_self"&gt;thread&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Mikey94025_0-1765394099621.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/435244iEBDCC13A6FD83512/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" role="button" title="Mikey94025_0-1765394099621.png" alt="Mikey94025_0-1765394099621.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pro 3 Floodlight stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PRO 3 Flood Light that stopped working and it is impossible to get hold of support in Sweden. I cannot create a ticket in the app as it states it belongs to Verisure but after talking to them I need to contact Arlo support. I have tried an email address but no luck, no phone number exists even if they refer to call them!!!! Anybody here who knows how to contact them ?!?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue as you only the left light blue is on and it does nto respond to the sync no matter how much time i press and con not link it to the app. And now arlo does not help as they are not in my country&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same problem for 1-2 years. One of my (2) Pro 3 Floodlights stopped illuminating and recording, so first I checked all the settings - not it. Then I checked this Community bulletin board - didn't help. Then I bought a new battery - not it. Then I waited until the summer in case it was winter cold effect on the battery - not it. Then I tried finding someone, anyone at Arlo to help me - not possible. That became so frustrating that I just gave up on the company and the product. So I just bought a standard wired floodlight and wired it up last weekend - that works. We had to give up on the floodlight and then the camera, so goodbye to the cool videos of porcupines, foxes et al and ultimately Arlo itself as a company because customer support is too self-service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sweden ?! really ?? with same issues we have in argentina. As you are outside USA they do not give you support or answer. The only way it works is informign the community in their Instagram, not to buy outiside USA. Then they will call you back. A compelte disaster Arlo. You even will not be able to get a plan .&lt;BR /&gt;Then I bought 2 doorbells 2nd generation and as I am outside USA they do not even are in the app to make the pairing....they are all decoration&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The light part of the Floodlight fails to work. Both cameras work when triggered, but the lights themselves don't work. That is the simple problem. I rebooted the cameras. I cleaned the battery connections. I've checked and changed and changed the settings back again - that is not it. I searched and reviewed the community boards for answers and found none. So I then purchased a new battery to check that - that wasn't it as the light still didn't work. I'm at a loss. So I had to buy a new wired light for my basement door.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
