    <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, it does seem to be an isolated issue. My first step would be to remove and reinsert the battery to see if that helps. If not, the remove/reset/reinstall process may help (see below). Lastly, it may be a faulty camera which may be able to be replaced if still under warranty. You can use the app to go to Settings, Support to talk with official support to see what they may offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The flood light just started staying on and not switching off. &amp;nbsp;This is going to eat up rechargeable battery life if not fixed soon. &amp;nbsp;Please advise, as this cannot be a isolated issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
