    <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the latest Arlo app on IPad OS 13-14 the preview pictures for the 2 Floodlight cameras sometimes look abnormal but when the videos are played from the library no problems observed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The abnormalities shown include:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Washed out pixelated view mostly in white even in daylight images.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Green areas or lines near the bottom of the previews.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The same issue does not appear to be shown on the non IOS versions of the app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The symptoms you're describing could be corrupted video. This often occurs when the camera has poor signal strength, or there is a source of WiFi interference impacting the cameras connection with your Base Station/SmartHub or home router. Improving signal strength would likely resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
