My pro 3 Flood light only gives me a closeup image and won’t zoom out.

Look in the Video Settings for the floodlight settings. Verify that the Field of View setting is appropriate. If so, use pinch zoom in the image displayed to ensure it's fully zoomed out.

@MadMax79 - you can also try removing the battery for 10 seconds or so, and then reinsert it. That reboots the camera, which sometimes resolves odd behavior.
