Floodlight will not stop illuminating

My floodlight won't turn off! I clicked the slider to turn it off and it comes back in right away. I pulled the battery, removed it, then reinstalled, and it still won't turn off!!! Help!!

Did you try the hardware reset?

remove the camera from the account
remove the housing and press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
add it back to your account
