&lt;P&gt;Probably too late now, but the easiest path is to set up the new router to use the same network name and password that the old router used.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try that idea first.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If it fails, try&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;removing the camera from the account (if not done already)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;fully charging the camera&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;do a hardware reset by removing the camera from the housing, holding down the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;add the camera back&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Were you able to reconnect the cameras as well as the chime?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
