Flashing Blue Light constantly never stopping

Hi -

I've read every forum post that contains flashing blue light. But none help this issue. My Arlo Pro 3 floodlight hardware FB1001AerH4 firmware 1.080.27.0_25_82bc6f2 (up to date) has a blue light that flashes nonstop as if its an ethernet port flashing. It never stops and is very obvious during the night.

I have removed the battery, rebooted, synced, reconnected to wifi, and the camera is connected with a strong connection to wifi. The led feature is set to off.

Test by moving the camera closer to your router. If the LED stops blinking blue it would appear to have something to do with the location.
