Pro 3 Floodlight needs replacement of screw mount to shell

the plastic shell with magnetic power coupling, with the bolt in the back, where the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight and battery seat, was somehow broken off of the wall mount, so that just the screw part to the shell is left. I need a replacement mount to the wall, the Wall Plate and Screw Kit I think, but cannot see how to buy one, or from faulty design have Arlo replace. bought 2 years back.

This Arlo Pro 3 floodlight part is not available for purchase separately. I recommend reaching out to Arlo Support via Settings > Support within the Arlo Secure mobile app to check if the product is still under warranty.

thank you I appreciate the reply, JamesC, no, it is just out of warranty at 2yrs old. would you say that with this small break (that I must say seems a design flaw), to mount I must replace the whole, otherwise flawlessly functional, Pro 3 Floodlight with a new purchase
